N.B:Cheques or Banker’s Drafts should be made payable to “European Prosthodontic Trust”, and MUST be in Euros or you may download an application form, complete it and send by ordinary post to our treasurer Dr. George Papavasiliou, together with payment by Bank Transfer, (details of EPA bank details are on the form).
